In MedINRIA, each application is called a Module, and can be loaded dynamically from a single main window.
This section describes some of the main algorithms available in MedINRIA.- Log Euclidean Metrics: A simple and fast metric used in tensor estimation.
- HARDI: High angular resolution diffusion imaging
- Diffeomorphic Demons: This non-linear registration algorithm is a fast and efficient way of retrieving dense displacement between two image volumes.
- DT-REFinD: Diffusion Tensor Registration with Exact Finite Strain Differential
