I am using my remote desktop by anydesk and i have reboot my remote ubuntu machine. Now i want to launch anydesk using command line prompt to access remote machine with anydesk app. My guess would be to desinstaled Anydesk, if you are familiar with recovery procedure ( do it) and reinstall Anydesk on your computer with a fresh up to date os and it should work fine. Sessions may end unexpectedly for various reasons. If you encounter interruptions after a specific amount of time into the session, go to Settings and switch to the Connections tab. Disable direct connections. You may also setup a listening port in your firewall for AnyDesk in the Security Settings. I have a user with a strange situation. We have a terminal server (Windows Server 2012 R2) where everyone can RDP in without an issue. Except for this one person. He connects successfully, but only after a few seconds, the connection drops and the RDP client reconnects.

Symptoms

After you start the client connector on client computer, you may receive the following error message:

Anydesk Not Connected To Server

Cannot connect the computer to the server because either another software installation is in progress or, the computer has a restart pending. Either complete the installation process, or, restart the computer and try to connect it again.

Note This problem may continue to occur even after you restart the computer multiple times.
Note This issue occurs on the client computer when connecting to the server in the Applied To section. The resolution steps should be performed on the client computer.

Cause

This problem may occur because an earlier software installation on the client computer has left the computer in a restart pending state, and restarting the computer does not clear the state.
